Shipping Policy -
You can trust that your order will be quickly processed and safely delivered. We offer free ground shipping on orders exceeding $50 dollars excluding tax within the continguous US. Some products cannot be shipped to international destinations so please submit a message to us from the Contact Us page if you would like to discuss international shipping options. Our goal is to deliver orders to our customers as quick and efficient as possible. Sometimes one shipping carrier is faster delivering a item depending on factors such as delivery location and the size of the packaging. We reserve the right to make the final decision in the shipping method used to deliver orders that qualify for free shipping
. We ship only the fastest and most reliable methods available which include UPS Ground and USPS Priority Mail. We do not ship slow non-traceable methods such as USPS parcel post. Orders placed by 2:00PM Pacific Standard Time Monday-Friday will be processed and shipped the same day. All other orders will be shipped the following business day.
*Free Shipping Exceptions - Oversize Product Shipments - Certain products due to extreme size and weight do not qualify for the $50 dollar free shipping. This occurs often with one piece fishing rods that exceed 108 inches in length or extremely heavy items. If you purchase a item that requires addtional shipping fees one of our staff will contact you to discuss the additional charges. You then have the option to accept or decline the charges. If you decline the charges we will cancel the order and no charges will be applied to your credit card.
UPS - We offer UPS Next Day Air, UPS 2nd Day, and UPS ground services. Remember UPS does not deliver to P.O. boxes or APO's. Travel time does not include weekends and holidays. For example if you place a 2nd Day Air order on Thursday the package will not be delivered until the following Monday.
USPS Priority Mail
- USPS Priority Mail approximate travel time is from 2-10 days regardless of the destination.
Damaged Items - It is our goal to ensure your items shipped arrive in the best condition. If a item arrives damaged please contact us so we can issue a call tag to have the package picked up from you. Once the item is picked up we will send out a replacement. If them item is no longer in stock we will work with you to get the item to you as soon as it comes available.
In Stock/Out of Stock Items - If a product is listed but is out of stock it will not be available in our drop down menu. If the system allows you to process your order it means the item was in stock the morning of your purchase. If the item happens to sell out we will contact you with the information you provide in your checkout to see how you would like to proceed.
